We are happy to confirm the growth of Rio Real.

Three years ago, more exact the spring of 2021 we decided to take a trip up in Rio Real since it went rumours about the new golden area to be in Marbella - La Finca. Most of the parts was already well known back than with majestic villas - but when we came to the end of the street we found a beautiful townhouse area called Las Encinas with 24 units.

This was interesting to know more about since we had some chats with landlords whom confirmed that the area was not yet published for vacation rentals. After some time, we decided to give it a chance for travellers and published two properties online. These was later to known as Casa View and Casa Hills for yourself.

The successful summer 2023 with almost fully booked calendars turned into a calmer autumn with feedback from you as travellers. You asked us about the possibilities for the next summer (2024) and we at RIL understood that this could be the perfect vacation spot for many families and sports groups.

So for this year we decided to follow your requests and more homeowners decided to rent out their properties. Lucky for yourself whom can spend time in our beautiful trendy area with 5-star living.
