Rent out your property legalised

This is a verification paper that proofs that your property is legally rented out on the short term rental market. Without it you really cannot host people and even if you do, you cannot use the same marketing techniques as required to generate maximum income. Normally the landlord get help with this from their lawyer, but its quite expensive this way so we can help you out instead since we have the same program and possibilities to help you out.
