Villa Leon is a Scandinavian paradise in the sunny weather, combined to create the best out of two worlds -tropical & luxurious. With views over the whole coast, its easy said a dreamy paradise and we are sure even the most perfection type of personalities will find themselves home here.

You will find yourself located in La Quinta, Benahavís. Its one of the most precious areas in Europe and next to the most elegant place on our planet - world famous Zagaleta.

Its kind of a "home away from home" feeling divided over 3 floors & on the lower ground floor there is a TV room-lounge area, a gym and the fourth double ensuite bedroom with its own sun-patio. Moving up to the main floor & you will find the large living room with floor-to-ceiling windows which brings in an glamours amount of light during days. Its spacious and is connected to the kitchen and outside area.

Walking outside to the terrace and you will see the splendid 28sqm infinity pool with saltwater, dining area and grass floor.

The highest floor contains two bedrooms. One on each side of each other. The villa is 446 m2 in total and terrace area is 390 m2. The villa contains 4 bedrooms & 6 bathrooms in total, which makes it perfect for 8 people.

You have private access to the whole house. Just have in mind cars will be parked inside the gate, but outside the garage.

• Parking

The property have two parking spaces in total inside the gate, in order for you to have your cars in total safety. However, the garage is NOT and we ask you gently to stay outside this space.

• Animals

As much as we love animals, this place is not created for our lovely little friends & we ask you kindly to respect our pet-free rule.

• Parties

Not allowed. Its a quiet area created for families & golfers to enjoy a perfect stay in our calm paradise. In case you are a group of friends please let us instead introduce you to our "party friendly" properties since this one is not a match for you.

• Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit of 5,000€ will be taken upon arrival just to secure that you leave our home in good condition.
