• Animals
As much as we love animals, we need to know what type of animal you are planning to travel with before we can accept your wishes. Please just ask us in the chat and we will answer immediately.
• No Parties
Daytime music shall be at levels so only your own townhouse hear the music & nighttime 10PM it shall be very quiet out of respect for your neighbors who live in Marbella full time & work mornings. If you are planning to party, please let us know so you can instead be recommended some "party friendly" properties. This also involves drugs where its zero tolerance.
• Pool Area
Also made for a relaxed manner with respectful levels of sound. Open hours 10am to 8pm and comfortable swimming levels April - October.
• Covid Rules
Feel free to invite your friends for dinners, just keep in mind due to laws of Andalucía the property can only contain up to 10 people at the same time.

• AC/Heater
You will get a video instruction how the system works and what buttons to push. Keep all windows closed when you use the system due to respect of landlords electricity costs.
• Pictures
All our properties in this complex are identical built. Furnitures and style can shift due to different properties, upgrades etc but in general all of them are very similar to each other.
• Security deposit
1,000€ being paid upon arrival in cash or via bank transfer. Please respect community rules and leave the property in similar condition as when you arrived except from cleaning. We want to return the deposit and if you respect the rules there will be no problems. Failure to respect the community (Party) can result in leaving property earlier than expected so just keep it relaxed for everyones best.
• Check in is in between 15.00-20.00PM at arrival.
Later arrival is also possible for a charge of 50 Euros (Inbetween 20.00-03.00).
• Check-out is latest 11AM when you are heading home again.
• You will get a booklet at arrival with all extra services: Airport transfer, Car rental, Daily cleaning, baby equipment, photoshoot, private chef, property tours, food delivery, playstation, daily guide and restaurant recommendations.
• We are open to rent out as a long term option from 1 October - 1 April at 6,000 Euros/month.
