We recommend this simple program for landlords whom own an apartment or townhouse and planning stay in then property themselves most times of the year and planning to collaborate with RIL for a couple months per year (3-6 months)

2: Standard photography + Video
If you are planning to rent out your home for the most time of the year (+6 Months) and own a apartment or townhouse - we recommend you to pick the standard package + videography so you allow RIL to brand your property in a more open way and make sure travellers can see your property from different perspective. Most people whom book nowadays want to see video content before they push "book now".

3: Premium package
If you are planning to rent out your home as the main focus (11-12 months/year) and own a high end property like townhouse or free standing villa - we do recommend you to join the premium package since its generated with some of the top producers in the world. These quality standards make sure we can push up your priceline with +10% compared to package 1 or 2 just because of the way the property will be branded.
